| ICE MAKERS Ice Makers should be emptied and turned OFF when you are not going to be in residence for an extended period of time. This will prevent the ice from melting and leaking on your kitchen floor, should we have a loss of power. When you empty the ice into your kitchen sink, make sure you run water over it to melt the ice, otherwise it will cause condensation in your sink, possibly dripping underneath your sink. |

In addition, because of the safety hazard it is against code; and Estero Fire Department can issue fines/fees up to $500 per owner for any items being stored in the back-of-house hallways. |
Application and Fee for Purchases and Leases Florencia at the Colony Condominium Association will charge a $100.00 application fee for all Purchases and Leases effective December 15, 2009. This fee should be in the form of a check made payable to Florencia at the Colony. Application forms are available on the Owner Information page of the Florencia Web Site or in the Manager's Office.
