Application and Fee for Purchases and Lease adopted 11/19/09. At the
November 19, 2009 Board Meeting it was discussed and approved that
Florencia at the Colony Condominium Association will charge a $100.00
application fee for all Purchases and Leases effective December 15, 2009.
This fee should be in th form of a check made payable to Florencia at the
Colony. Application forms are available on the Owner Information page of the
Florencia Web Site or inn the Manager's Office. Notify your Realtor of the
application process and fee.
